Account books fro Houghton Hall and other propeties owned by Sir Robert Walpole. Also includes title deeds, bonds, leases, etc., the usual products of land tenure and transfer over several centuries. There are also manor court rolls and fragments for nineteen conjoint manors, and rolls and bundles of Reeves' and Bailiffs' accounts for six manors, surveys, fieldbooks and terriers.

Each consists of correspondence usually accompanied by issues or tear-sheets of the newspaper, and sometimes layouts, proofs, etc. (But specimen newspapers filed separately by Hutt are mostly now in series F.) By many of these newspapers Hutt was engaged as a consultant, and the correspondence includes a formal memorandum by him; with other newspapers, the letters are informal and often related to remarks in one of Hutt's magazine...
